What’s Covered: Any unusual loss of shape or support that exceeds 2 inches of visible indentation when the cushion is not in use.

What’s Not Covered: * Normal Wear & Tear: Slight softening and "settling" of foam is a natural characteristic of high-quality upholstery and is not considered a defect.

📸 How to Report a Defect
To help us resolve any issues quickly, please follow these steps within the 24-hour notification window:

Snap a Wide Shot: Take a photo of the piece in the room so we can see the overall item.

Get a Close-Up: Take a clear, well-lit photo of the specific area of concern or defect.

Keep the Packaging: If the box or wrapping arrived damaged, please take a photo of the packaging before discarding it.

- The "Driver Standby" Inspection: We strongly recommend doing a quick walkthrough of your furniture while the delivery driver is still on-site. If you notice significant damage to the packaging or the piece itself, please get in touch with us through our driver.
Once received, our team will review the images and reach out within 72 hours with a plan to make it right.
